What Rating Should I Give My ClockWorker?

Rating Your ClockWorker

ClockWork’s rating system is important for validating job seekers and ensuring that you are receiving the best person for your job. The ratings contribute to an overall ‘XP’ score for the ClockWorker which determines their level of experience within the App. The higher the level of XP for a Job Seeker, the more likely they are to get the job.

This means that ratings from within the ClockWork community need to be accurate. In order to improve validity, you are prompted to rate the ClockWorker on three different criteria upon job completion. These three attributes are efficiency, accuracy and attitude. Read below to get an understanding of what each one means and how you should rate your worker.

Efficiency

The ClockWork definition for efficiency is ‘The amount that a worker completes as a fraction of the amount of work they would complete at full capacity’.

Try to base your rating on what you as the employer expect to be done.

1 Star – The ClockWorker completes 20% or less of the work expected to be done in the time frame.

2 Stars – The ClockWorker completes 20-40% of the work expected to be done in the time frame.

3 Stars – The ClockWorker completes 40-60% of the work expected to be done in the time frame.

4 Stars – The ClockWorker completes 60-80% of the work expected to be done in the time frame.

5 Stars – The ClockWorker completes all of the work expected to be done in the time frame.

Accuracy

The ClockWork definition for accuracy is ‘The degree to which the job asked of the ClockWorker conforms to the correct value of standard’.

Try to set an accuracy level that you expect your ClockWorker to deliver, and then your rating can be determined from this.

1 Star – The ClockWorker completes the work to a 20% accuracy level or less compared to you as the employer’s expected level.

2 Stars – The ClockWorker completes the work to a 20-40% accuracy level compared to you as the employer’s expected level.

3 Stars – The ClockWorker completes the work to a 40-60% accuracy level compared to you as the employer’s expected level.

4 Stars – The ClockWorker completes the work to 60-80% accuracy level compared to you as the employer’s expected level.

5 Stars – The ClockWorker completes the work to the accuracy level that is you as the employer’s expected level.

Attitude

The ClockWork definition for attitude is ‘The level to which a ClockWorker shows a desire to complete a job to the efficiency and accuracy levels laid out by the employer’.

Try to think about whether the ClockWorker had a desire to reach the levels set out by you as the employer.

1 Star – The Clockworker had no desire to complete the task to the efficiency and accuracy levels laid out by the employer.

2 Stars – The Clockworker had little desire to complete the task to the efficiency and accuracy levels laid out by the employer.

3 Stars – The Clockworker had a moderate desire to complete the task to the efficiency and accuracy levels laid out by the employer.

4 Stars –  The Clockworker had a good level of desire to complete the task to the efficiency and accuracy levels laid out by the employer.

5 Stars – The Clockworker had lots of desire to complete the task to the efficiency and accuracy levels laid out by the employer.
